Background
Premier Platforms provides equipment rentals, sales, and service for aerial platforms, carry deck cranes, forklifts, and reach forklifts in the North & Middle Georgia areas. They have a wide base of customers seeking 1- to 2-day rentals, all the way up to multi-year rentals.
The Problem
Before Record360, Premier Platforms was utilizing a paper process for their inspections. Paper is easy to lose, wastes time, and destroys customer trust. Paper is time-consuming and wasteful when it comes to documentation. For Premier Platforms, a piece of paper containing an inspection could float around in the front seat of a truck for…years.
Shane Johnston, a Branch Manager for Premier Platforms, explained, “In our industry, simple damage on a large boom lift could run into the tens of thousands of dollars. With paper, we have no way of proving that it wasn’t that way when we dropped it off. Paper makes it impossible to track the footprint and condition of the equipment.”

Their new digital footprint allows them to track the physical location of their equipment; and their new onsite inspection process during equipment delivery allows them to see exactly what their customers receive.
